Cancellation and Refund Policy

Order Cancellation

Customers can cancel their orders within 24 hours of placing them, provided the order has not been shipped yet. Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are processed only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged or defective
  • Customers must send a **video of the package being opened** showing the damaged product
  • Refunds will be processed **only after verifying the video and product condition**

Note: Delivery/shipping charges are **non-refundable**.

Refund Process

  1. Contact us at info.ayakaclothing@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the product
  2. Provide your order number and reason for refund
  3. Attach a video showing the package being opened with the damaged item
  4. Once verified, refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days
  5. Refund amount will be credited to the **original payment method** (excluding delivery charges)
Note: All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to accept or deny refund requests based on the validity of the claim.
