The product bought will only be accepted for replacement if intimated within 7 days after delivery and is in perfect condition with no damage, stains, or marks whatsoever.

Note :
1. Replacement is only applicable with products of equal price value or more.

2. No Returns or Exchanges for Sale products.

3. Since most items are made to order for which we accept only exchanges, refund is not applicable.

In case of damage:

Any product damaged during transportation must be notified by email within 48 hours of delivery and returned to our warehouse within one week. Failing this, AYAKA will not be liable to accept the merchandise. We will investigate the damage, repair the merchandise, and courier it back to the designated address.

The cost of couriering the product to our warehouse shall be borne by the customer. AYAKA will bear the expenses of the transaction only after repair of the merchandise.

AYAKA acknowledges returns only for direct online sales between vendor and consumer, and not for purchases made through retail outlets.
